Silver 3/8 inch Hawk Bracelet

This Hawk Bracelet is hand-carved in sterling silver by Kwakwaka'wakw artist Don Wadhams.

The Hawk is admired for its keen vision and hunting prowess, symbolizing sharp observation, strength, swiftness, and judgement. In some traditions, it represents insight, and the ability to recall memories. The Hawk is also connected to protection and communication between realms, particularly the physical and spiritual worlds, and is frequently linked to the Sun. In certain oral traditions, this bird is personified as the supernatural transformation figures, Hawk Man and Hawk Woman.

The bracelet measures approximately 3/8 of an inch or 1 centimeter wide and 6 inches or 15 1/4 centimeters long.
